This zine tells a small story about how every emotion is beautiful and essential.

I’ve never been good at facing or expressing my emotions honestly, so I created this zine as a way to explore and heal through making.
During the process, I realized many people also struggle with understanding their feelings.
I painted “emotion vases,” where each emotion—symbolized by a different flower—reveals its own quiet beauty.
This book is both a reminder to myself and a message to others: every emotion deserves to be seen and cherished.
