Organizing Power Volume 1 explains what a union is and how to form one at your workplace. It was developed as part of Jessalyn Aaland’s 2018-2019 fellowship at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. Workers have used this booklet to unionize art museums and nonprofits across the country, including the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the Wexner Center for the Arts in Columbus, Ohio!
