Explore Sardinian ritual bread as ephemeral art. Join a talk and hands-on workshop to shape dough, document creations for the book’s New Rituals chapter, and experience Italian cultural heritage firsthand.

Instructor: Masoto
Instructor Bio:
Masoto is an Italian designer who explores themes related to ecology and anthropology with a touch of irony. In this workshop, he invites you to explore the fascinating world of traditional Sardinian ritual bread. His research, conducted in collaboration with a professor of aesthetics and the philosophy of taste at the University of Pollenzo, will culminate in an artbook that investigates the contemporary meanings and forms of this ancient art. During this workshop, you'll have the opportunity to shape pieces of bread dough to create your own "new rituals," which will be featured in a special appendix of the book.
