Founded in 2015 by Chang Tien-chien, Po Chiao-ling, and Lin Kuan-hsien, QianYin is a quarterly magazine dedicated to promoting Taiwanese seal carving. It introduces contemporary artists and works, aiming to redefine public perceptions of traditional seals.


During its ten-year run (2014–2024), the magazine archived significant historical rubbings and historical records from the Republic era, supported by various masters and scholars. Having completed its mission, QianYin serves as a vital link between tradition and modernity, fostering a serene future for the art of seal carving in Taiwan.
